Our estate administration practice includes advice to executors and trustees and probate applications, with a particular emphasis on estates involving foreign assets and foreign wills. We are keenly aware of the significant potential liability executors and trustees face as they carry out their fiduciary obligations. Our goal is to help executors and trustees fulfill their duties without attracting personal liability.
