Joanne Hwang Partner
A founding partner of HC LLP, Joanne Hwang’s litigation practice focuses on estates, trust, and guardianship matters, in addition to civil and commercial disputes. She regularly advises estate trustees throughout the administration process, from securing certificates of appointment to final distribution. Joanne also represents vulnerable parties in litigation, acting as agent lawyer for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer and as Section 3 Counsel appointed by the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.
